I do not have a membership why are you taking so much money out of my bank account I do need my money

Stop taking money out of my account. I've cancelled, and you guys keep taking my money. I will be putting in a stop payment.

I need to cancel the subscription because it costs too much. Furthermore, when you try to cancel, it won't let you.

I spoke with Simz #981 was most courteous and helpful in crediting my account back. I have 5 active credit cards, which every one of them gives me free credit reports.

Why would I pay 40.00 a month for your service?? I have been a victim of fraud since November, and I am tired of being taken advantage of by companies that have the practices you bestow upon people. I called in January and my account was credited then.

Why would you continue to bill me for a service you know I did not want? I call it sleezy and underhanded!

I woke up to find a $39.90 charge on my cash app account. I've never dealt with this and had to look them up to even see what they were about. Now I call to get my money back and they have no route or customer support at 7 :30am yet they had no issues taking my money in the middle of the night.

I had to use this site to complete a job application online where they needed to run a credit check and then they'd refund me he $1 charge. During the completion of the check, I was repeatedly asked 3-4 times if I wanted to continue to create an account to which every single time I always checked NO.

Well that turned out to be *** anyway because the computer system registered me an account and charged me one months premium subscription. I called the 1-800 number to cancel immediately (which is a job itself because every time I call I'm on hold 30 minutes or longer before talking to an agent!!), and have continued to call 3 months and I still don't have my refund yet because the computer "shows" I created an account when in fact I hadn't! This website has almost 40 reviews of the same things being done to other people. Believe them.

This company is shady and full of fraud. Do not believe them, do not sign up for them, DO NOT give them your money!!

I'm pissed off!!! I want this *** canceled and the money put back into my bank account..I believe a call to the BBB is what I need to doStay

You sent me a refund form it will not let me fill it out please refund my debit card on monthly income

All you get when you call is a bunch of crap they try to sell you on. Why cant I just talk to a human being and cancel my membership.

I can no longer afford the account due to financial difficulties and they keep charging my account I am now homeless and staying hotel to hotel living out of a suitcase! I need the money from this account to buy food and some medical supplies

In cancelling my subscription they told me that I would have to wait 30 days to get myd money back. Ludacris!!!

They returned $1 in 1 day ?? They still owe me $29.95.

I am sure it will take a full mo. to return my money.
