Only saw scores. Personal info was scammed including new debit card info. Did not fill out form to charge me giving personal info.
Account was cancelled but want refund. Don't fall for FREE.

This company is a misrepresentation of what they're really doing. It would be nice to pay a $1 for a credit report and not tricked into paying $30 a month for something you don't use!
I've been trying to get this on the line to no avail no answer! I would like to discontinue this service completely!

Do not give this company any of your information. They run my credit card multiple times a day every day. My bank has it blocked and they still run it 7 plus times a day every day

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My Credit Card company was able to look into the issue. I got a full refund credited to my account!
I'm still waiting to get my refund of $29.95 credited back to my account. I haven't heard back from the supervisor concerning my issue.

They have tried charging my account 30 days out of 32 days, they are scamming me and have already hacked close to 500 dollars from me.

Resolved: Freescorefast does not acknowledge canceling subscription and charging money from my account without my permission month after month
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My account was closed but no refund I do t feel they did me justice but I will never use them again
I am very displeased with your company that does not acknowledge cancellation time after time I have had 39.90 come out of my bank account it adds up and I will contact my attorney on this matter if it is not resolved asap and my money put back into my account I feel its a scam feud and thiefs which is months of funds thy this co owes me

I woke up and they had charged 29.99 to my debit card without my authorization. I have never been affiliated with this company and did not give them permission to charge my card.
I called them and they were closed for the holiday, but they charged my card on the holiday.
These are dishonest people. Keep your info safe.

Today 29.95 times two was stolen from my account. I couldn't find a number that worked but did message.
I stated my case and that I want a reimbursement of the two consecutive charges to my account. I canceled my subscription over a week ago after the free credit report which has gotta be *** Anyway.
I'm still trying to get my refund. How decisive are these people and they need to be locked up

I did not check my credit score. because I NEVER had a credit card nor got anything on credit.
So therefore I already know it's gotta be 0.. And your company, or whoever took $29.99. off of my account.
I did not authorize that. And now I had to cancel my Debit card off.
And wait for a new one 7-10 days. Which will be past the 1st of the month, when I pay ALL of my bills. Now I hope they don't charge me any late charges.. So what I think.
